Sue is the best vet around here. She has looked after my dogs for years and she really does care for our animals. I would recommend to everyone. 24 hours a day every day they are available to help. We have visited sure more than once on the small hours to be met with a friendly face willing to help. Couldn't recommend her highly enough.

I do animal rescue so I have worked with vets around the world. Dr. Sue Mulvey is by far one of the most loving, professional and knowledgable veterinarians I have ever met. I cannot recommend her highly enough. My only regret is that I don't live in England full time so I cannot use her services year round.
Absolutely horrible. We have been asking for our cats medical history to be sent to our new vet and insurance company for over 8 months. We have called, insurance company has called, new vet has called. We have even been in there so many times trying to get it but nothing has happened. We are having problems with insurance claims because of it. If nothing is being done to it very soon, you are going to be reported to the RCVS.
