Had a bad experience with the owner she was very rough while trying to take a blood test from my dogs neck . Almost cut his throat. When I raised the complaint she cant even accept responsibility and apologise, instead she suggested he had a reaction. What a load of rubbish.The pictures were taken 4 days after visiting the vets.They know they're in the wrong so they refuse to co-operate with the VCMS
Friendly and willing to persevere to save sick animals. Were very grateful to them for saving our cat.
Minimal wait. Very considerate staff. They helped get a very stressed elderly cat calm enough for her examination. Clear and easy to understand diagnosis and explanation of medication.
Fantastic vets, best every. Karen is amazing and all her staff.They go above & beyond really caring, never rush you. Would highly recommend. Nothing is too much trouble.
