Good local pub. Site has spa but costs extra and you can only use within limited times. Clean and friendly , brilliant all service pitches
What a fantastic site! The pitches are spaciously laid out, flat and level, and set out in small, secluded groups. The facilities are modern, spotless, and with the shower cubicles well thought out, separating the shower area from the changing area. Dry floors! Simple but brilliant. The staff are friendly, knowledge and enthusiastic. There are two pools, a games room, gym, dog walking areas. On the Thursday night, a large chip van was in site, cooking food to order. The fish and chips were very good.We found a steak fries van on site on the Friday night. The whole site is very clean, well.manitained, safe and secure, with barrier entry. We will definitely be back next year!
First visit for 4 years and it's as good as ever. A very friendly welcome when we arrived, check in was smooth and efficient. A 10 deposit in cash is needed for the card that operates the security barrier. Toilet blocks were always spotlessly clean with plenty of hot water, and piped music as well. There is a pub very close by that serves excellent food as well as real ales. A fish and chip van pays a visit on Thursday and Friday as well. They were absolutely delicious with good sized portions. There are a couple of pools on site as well that are open to the public and available for private hire as well. Loads to see and do in the area, Blenheim Palace is a must visit as is Oxford. Parking in the city centre is very expensive, there are plenty of park and ride spaces to use.
6th year in a row of staying at Lincoln farm park caravan site. Professional staff but sadly reduced in numbers this year. Which was noticeable as some guests on the site were not abiding by the set rules- playing football, using log burners, children using play area until 10.15 pm most nights. Perfect shower & toilet facilities very clean and tidy. Swimming pool & hot tub were lovely, private hire is an excellent option for us. The local pubs are welcoming and offer lovely fresh home cooked foods. Lovely cycle routes to the Thames and surrounding areas. We will definitely return next year.
