We've been using Witney motors for 10 years(MOTs and repairs). Always reliable, always reasonable, never disappointed with the work and have recommended to friends and family
I used these guys for my MOT and they were fine, (although they had to move it from a Saturday to a Thursday so I had to take a days holiday from work) but I booked my tyres and brakes to be replaced on a Saturday morning 6 WEEKS in advanced (as I know Saturdays are busy and it is the only day I can do) only for them to cancel on me a couple days beforehand, stating they didn't have the "man power". Very frustrating for me as this is now the second time it has happened, and extremely unprofessional of them as I had been booked in for weeks so should have made sure they had the staff. My brakes had now also started grinding so needed seeing as a matter of urgency and when I explained this they were unsympathetic and couldn't make any movement on cancelling. Do not book on Saturdays, they will cancel on you!!
