No communication, nothing done for over a week! Was looking for a good mechanic locally and at first Rob seemed the right guy for the job. But after I left my car with him, he failed to contact me 3 times over 8 day period and I had to call in few times to find out what's the progress on the car. Only thing Rob managed to do was to tell me what's wrong with the car, but surely one week wasn't enough for him to check and report the condition of the turbo.. Worst thing is that he promised to call me, but never did. And when after more than a week waiting and finding out that there's no progress at all, he seems to not care, he says he's busy. If you'd tell me that in first place then I would understand and look for a help elsewhere, but no, just promises and pointless waiting. When I said that I will take my car back to take it elsewhere, he ironically said - come and pick it up - no apologies, nothing, just ego in the sky!
We as a family have ALWAYS used Rob Waller as he is one of the best out there, what Rob doesn't know is not worth knowing. We will always trust Rob & his team on our cars and if i could give 10 stars i would. If you want an honest reliable garage that wont rip you off then your in luck YOU will find it at Rob Waller Ltd!
New alternator fitted today. Picked up my car from work and dropped if back off when it was fixed. Good price too. Well chuffed. Would definitely recommend!
