It looks they are doing a good job and they are cheaper than the main dealer but I had to go back twice waisting my time and spending on petrol because of their negligence...once they have left loose the bolt of the shock absorber and the suspension was rattling...then they forgot to put back my wheels locking key and when I ve been to have the sealent applied they were unable to remove the wheels so I had to go back on my expenses... In total it cost me about 100 ponds..... When I have told them to give me some compensation they were very reserved....but they promise to give me a reduction at my next service....so will see.

I would definitely go here again over Johnson's Volvo because the staff were honest, accomodating and far cheaper than the dealer. You do however lose out on the free wash and years breakdown.The only reason for dropping a star is the reception is very drab, untidy and genuinely doesn't look like it's been hoovered or cleaned in multiple years if at all. If there was a bit of a clean and tidy up then I would give a full 5 stars.
