Today we viewed a Nissan qashqai n-tec with Blenheim cars. Took a hours drive following a description of Excellent condition with hopes to see the car weve been looking for. Within seconds it was obvious the car was falsely advertised. Sitting in the drivers seat the wear and tear was more than youd expect, even from a 9 year old vehicle (especially when branded with the words excellent condition) .. but, everyones idea of excellent is different so, moving on, the passengers side visor was broken.. no big deal? Ok, moving on.. the passengers window struggled a lot when winding it back up and sounded like the moter was going to give out before it struggled to the top.. no problem? Ok.. the reverse camera simply didnt work. Despite showing a perfectly working picture of the camera in their advert, we were greeted with a black screen, but if you wiggled the gear stick in and out of reverse, you did sometimes get a fuzzy picture up for a second before the black screen came back. By this point we obviously didnt want the car, but figured wed check the boot space anyway as weve not inspected the model of car before.. but instead of a working boot release catch, we were greated with 2 dangling electric cables and no way to open the boot at all. After this we stopped looking around the car and headed up to the office to talk to the guy there. We were told with no real confidence that the car would get an mot and an AA check to ensure its road safe to a high standard, but if the car didnt meet our standards there was nothing he could do. All in all, a 2 hour round trip wasted due to false advertising as NONE of these issues were mentioned in their advert, with the reverse camera even depicted as working! Why cant car garages just be honest?! This one certainly isnt!! Dont waste your time going out to them!
Brilliant service - with my work it was difficult for me to get over to Blenheim and after a 5-10 minute phone chat they agreed to hold the car for me for 10 days without any issues. The car was as described and I am loving my new BMW 530d. Would recommend them to everyone!

Very disappointed. Was assured car would be clean, MOT & serviced. Car was filthy, dent on front bonnet and back, front seatbelt was faulty. When we queried the state of the car, we were told we had different standards! Deposit was refunded without question, but we had a 100 mile round trip and wasted a lot of time.
Excellent service. The sales assistant was knowledgable and very patient when explaining about the car. There was no pressure to buy. I am very pleased with the car, which I feel was good value. They source their stock well. I was given a good deal on the part exchange.It was well worth travelling some distance from home to buy a car from them.
