Great staff and servicing for my bike.
Absolutely dreadful company , management have no idea how to run a business or manage staff . I will never be using this shop or recommending it to anyone
Very disappointing. Do not know their own stock. Placed an order for a childs trike, product delivered was a completely different trike! No satisfactory resolution and little time to source an alternative. I do not recommend, as much as id like to support a local business the commercial alternatives are better and at least you get what you order!
Unfortunately dont know their arse from their elbow - in terms of their own stock, as unhelpful over the phone and unhelpful in store providing the customer with incorrect information, also denying it once confronted in store? A real shame, the store as a child used to be excellent, shame its gone downhill due to incompetency.
Good service but kind of a rip off. I brought 1 tyre and it was 16 pounds. 2 hours later and I went to decathlon and a pair of road bike tyres for 17 I would recommend decathlon very cheap and reliable
