Best around...Scott and Tom are always extremely helpful and willing to help. Just last week Scott changed the bearings on my wheel, knowing i had a sportive the following day, he did it immediately and stayed past closing time.Dont mess around with online retailers, support local businesses such as this one, who offer excellent service and value for money.

My first experience with these guys was very good helpful with a issue with my bike so I thought worth them build my Specialized venge vias. Was questionable if they have ever built one of these before as I was aware that Specialized would recommend mechanics to attend a course to undertake due to the complex build. They said would give it a try. They failed! a part wasn't installed or wasn't included I only found this out from a alternative reputable bike shop. I phoned to let the guys know however was unhelpful sounded arrogant and believed mechanical errors doesn't happen in his work place, asked what I'am calling for as the bike was built 7 months ago and anything could've happen.
This shop is fantastic. I've had 2 bikes over 3 years and no end of fab advice. Mick's knowledge is second to none. This follows through the staff. Whether it's a 2 pound nutrition supplement or a full bike the service is great. The business is a great mix of product, advice and giving back to the community. Cheers for your help guys.
