I only go here to pay my council tax, most of the staff are helpful and friendly. They have since closed the counter for paying your council tax etc and only have 1 self service kiosk open now so queues are very long now, also they have changed the opening hours and don't open until 9.30am so i have now had to pay by direct debit. So don't know what our council tax goes to anymore certainly not keeping counter staff on.
Nice friendly staff
This is one of the places you can buy a national express coach card. The staff are friendly and helpful. There may be a bit of a wait to be served but it's to be expected with the tourist information and local council advice/help service.
Very impressed by the helpfulness and freindliness of staff at this centre, and the availability of leaflets. I wanted details of attractions that could be reached by public transport and was given details and recommendations of suitable places.
