I had a fantastic move using the guys at So Storage, from the inital visit with Nick and Charles through to Matt and the team packing and moving us. Nothign was too much trouble, the level of care with our belongings and the quality of the packing and moving was exceptional. The guys are all polite and friendly and most of all professional. The best decision we made moving was booking these guys. I hope I don't need to moe for sometime but we when do I'll call So Storage first. Thanks for a great job
Nick and the team did a great job packing and moving us to our new home. Nick delivered on all that was discussed during the quotation phase. During the move the team were helpful, friendly and curtious and nothing was a hassle.Bottom line, the team are hard working and I would highly recommend them.
2 years ago, we had an overflowing shop and a stockroom which was impossible to move around in, so we decided to look for options to give us some breathing space and to make it possible to buy more of our stock in full pallets, while keeping the stock local and accessible. We looked at a couple of self-storage units, but the problem we had was that we are given 8 hour delivery window by the shippers, so are unable to be at the unit waiting for a pallet.We had a conversation with Nick, and he solved this issue straight away, saying that as long as we give him notice, he can ensure that there is someone there to receive the delivery from the lorry, put it away and sign for it. Nick, Matt and their team have continued to offer this wonderful service, and as our pallets are over the 1 tonne weight restriction on their fork-lift, they just get on with lifting it all off by hand, which is barely even a work out for them.We are very impressed with the service, and have never had any issues or breakages.

Matt and his team did a brilliant job. Embarrassingly my house was a bit of a mess when they got to it, i was at work. Everything was boxed so safely I couldnt believe it. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you So Storage
