We used Matthew Carter for the second time. This time they moved us from Wantage to Witney and as on the first removal the team were prompt, extremely polite and very efficient in every aspect of the packing and removal. We managed to unpack within a couple of days and the office arranged the collection of all the empty boxes on the same day! Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Without a doubt the worst removals outfit there is. Poor communication and lack of response when first enquiring (we should have known better at this point!). The guys who did the work were great though, until they firstly dropped a plant, knocking all its leaves off, stating that it would grow back anyway!. Then they tried to move an upright piano through a doorway on its side without any protection, scratched the side and snapped off a piece from the top, at which point they became defensive and we couldn't wait for them to finish the job and leave. The email from Matthew afterwards claimed that we were the problem! Moral of the tale: don't go with the cheapest - they are cheap for a reason!
Thank you for making the house move smooth and easy. The packing service was excellent and took the stress out of moving. On the day the team were efficient and helpful. They ensured that every box was in the right room and furniture where it needed to be.
