Had a good experience there at smarts fish and chips in Witney, there was lots of chips and large fish. Lovely and fresh, every time I went to Witney I do pop in for a kebab or burger or a fish & chips always great value and a great quality. Highly recommend !

, Regretably at lunchtimes I've had three poor quality servings of chip's to take away for others during 2018, but at other smarts chippys much better chip's.
Meh. It is outdated.Needs a modern boot in the bum. They have a restaurant and I dont think in the 17 years Ive been through the area and seen someone sit there for food. Chips are ok, sure the pies and sausages are frozen
