I had a free 1 hour appointment with the Family solicitor Kerry Joels. It's safe to say it's probably the worst solicitor I have ever used in my life. Had she stopped to listen to my situation and the details surrounding it instead of just blurting things out that weren't even relevant to my situation she may have been able to give me useful legal advice. Instead what I got from the very start of the appointment was not this. Without even listening to the details she proceeded to tell me that I would stand no chance of getting 50/50 care of my daughter despite me on multiple occasions trying to get the details across (which very important) but was very quickly interrupted/spoken over by Kerry Joels. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for even though I still have a hefty bill for something that was supposedly free!? Steer clear, you have been warned!
