Booked oven and extractor clean 4 weeks in advance. They didnt show up so I called them. They were good enough to come after the job they were on but didnt do a good job. This was an end of tenancy and they only cleaned my oven but charged me 60 for cleaning both oven and extractor. Website shows single oven 45 and extractor 10! When my landlord phoned them to query theyd only been instructed to clean the oven. Wouldnt recommend.

Oven, hob and extractor cleaned this morning. Job done to a fantastic standard and kitchen floor probably cleaner when they left than after the arrived. Oh wow-like new....genuine quote from my wife! Great value for money. Thanks guys!

Booked Ovencleenze for an end of tenancy clean. After starting the job they raised concerns about a double bed and bedroom furniture being in the way of the carpet clean. They explained at this point (and not over the phone at booking) that they don't normally clean furnished properties. I offered to move the bed but they said they would manage. I left them to it and subsequently received a text message which began ..."...We have left the property Due to not being in a fit state to clean..."They blamed furniture being in the rooms, despite prior agreement that they would be able to manage and food being left in the fridge. None of their conditions of service were discussed at any point before they arrived. I was ready and willing to move furniture into the garage before I left, but was told it would be fine. They offered not to charge me for the work they had done (windows, skirting boards, bathroom). However, they did not clean the oven as agreed and offered no reason for this.Do not trust your home/deposit with this company.
