All staff are extremely pleasent perticularly the reception staff.Yes you have wait a few hours sometimes for the minor injuries beleive me I've had to go in there alot! But when you are in there the staff are more than friendly and professional.They are always on time for pre booked appointments.People moan about the car parking but theres a multi story car park right across the road a d a massive open air car park behind the hospital so, really?Unless you are disabled or can't walk far then there's no excuses for giving bad reviews on the car park.
Went for an xray here after my GP referred. Good experience; easy to park, paid 1 for 1.5 hrs, not too long to wait, radiographer was very friendly, was there just over an hour
Rang up and asked if I could borrow a pair of crutches to help me get around after a painful operation on my foot and was refused by receptionist told me to go to Argos and buy a pair!!
Me and my girlfriend were attending a antenatal class. Only to find out when we get there it's been "cancelled". They called us and left a voice mail as we were travelling on the day of the class. I have had to swap shifts to get the day off to come with my girlfriend. The room was double booked. Which if that's the case how did they not know sooner and give more notice. Had to pay money for over 3 hours of parking of which I only used 5 mins. The lady said we got plenty of time to go on another class. We have got 7 weeks. The whole place was a absolute shambles. My girlfriend is worried as it is and this experience has really not helped.
First time here as my local hospital doesn't do X-ray drop in. Stupid car park system. Why on earth don't we pay on leaving the car park. I have no idea if I'll be here for half an hour or 4 hours!. And topping up the car park surely costs more than one payment. Daft idea. Sort it please!
