Never again ! Always used Screfix before but thought Id try toolstation. Chose click and collect on the website- it said stock available on 10 mins to collect. When I got to store 1 item was not available so I was told I couldnt take the other 3 items even though they had them in store ! So had to cancel order and get a refund ! ridiculous!
click and collect all the time, very quick and easy, very clear on what is in stock as well
Very good and helpful and honest i left my wallet on the counter while i was looking at the catalog i walked out of the shop and Left it the Tim chased after me and returned my wallet thankfully I would like to say a big thank You
