Absolutely wonderful service. I poured coffee over my laptop and as I'm shortly taking my finals for my degree this was devastating for me. From the minute I called Ability Systems I was looked after! Aaron calmed me down from my hysteria, gave me great directions (I am not from the area), as soon as I walked through the door everyone knew my name and was very friendly. Within an hour Aaron had retrieved all my data from the fried hard disk and put all my precious work straight onto a new laptop for me. He also helped me set up all the Office software and get my laptop back to exactly what I had before I poured coffee - but better! I cannot recommend this place enough. If only the people and service were like this in London! Thanks guys. Happy New Year.
Brilliant service I took my phone in to be looked at after another company replaced the screen and broke the home button to see if it was fixable and although they could not fix it (home buttons have to be repaired by apple) they advised me on what to do.They were also very friendly and provide an efficient service. I would not use any other company again I have learned my lesson it is better to use a proper reliable electronic company that one who offer a service instore on top of their normal business!
These people couldn't have been more helpful. From the initial phone call the whole thing took 2 hours (including 10 miles each way car journey)The new screen was ready at the exact time they quoted and I was able to do a Waitrose shop so didn't have to hang aroundThank you all sincerely
Took my laptop in for them to have a look as i dropped it and the plastic cover on the case had popped out and I couldn't get it to click back properly. Greeted friendly enough by a young man and a young woman as i walked in I explained the issue and without even taking a look the young woman proceeded to talk down to me telling me how a hinge works... then proceeded to tell me that it's going to need a new case while she cleaned her nails sat on the other side of the shop, she then told me that they could only take a look tomorrow as there was no engineer in on a monday. To repeat she did all this without getting off her chair, not even looked at it and cleaning her nails!All this while the young lad seemed willing to take a look but the woman was cleaning her nails and provided the worst customer service I've ever had. At the heart of it it's a simple job and I could do it if i had the tools to do it! Whoever that woman is just lost a customer and I won't recommend ability systems to anyone ever again.And as for the reply from the store to this review well what can i say.... I guess you spoke to your staff who didn't want to get in trouble so guess what they lied about what they were doing.... how am I sexist may I ask?? The fact you call me sexist means you have no basis to ground your reply on so you created it.I didn't throw my toys out the pram I was annoyed at the lady in the corner who was doing her nails dictating to me how a hinge works when the hinge wasn't the problem. The comment about the tools I made about working in IT, I do in fact work in IT and if you had spoken to your staff I stated engineers at work refused to help as my laptop is worth 2000 and they didn't want to be held liable for any damage caused. So i decided to take it to what I thought was a nice friendly pc repair shop but obviously not.....
Brilliant - dropped off my computer on a Saturday morning and had a call before noon saying it was ready, and as it was a simple fix, they didn't charge! Very pleased and I would definitely recommend them.
