Specsavers have moved to a new location almost opposite the former premises. It is larger and more spacious. The audiologist is now at this address instead of at the "Hub" Medical Centre.Reception is quick and efficient.

Brilliant service and care at this branch. Nothing is ever a problem and contact lens/eyesight tests are very through thorough. Customer Service by all staff is excellent.
I went here as needed a MEX appointment due to having something in my eye that I couldn't remove. The first person I saw - very helpful and polite young man. The supervisor was not, I felt she was rude and very unhelpful and very reluctantly completed the form saying I would get a call in the next 2 days. Optician again was lovely and was on the phone when I walked in through the house door, couldn't have asked for a better service from him. Many thanks to the 2 pleasant and friendly staff and sorry but the 3 stars is all due to the supervisor.
Been going here for years and almost always had great service, had my eye test recently and a week later I popped in for four minutes and got my two pairs and left it was that quick. Kind staff, big selections for women, kids, and men at reasonable prices. Worth a visit if you need an eye test soon.
