Was given an emergency appointment within 2 hours even though I am not a registered patient & was greeted professionally by a very friendly lady on the front desk. In the surgery I explained I was nervous & the dentist & dental nurse put me completely at ease, even infusing some gentle humour. They explained everything that they were about to do & fixed my problem. My only regret is that I dont live close enough to be able to register as a regular patient with this dentist. Thank you for an outstanding & professional service today.
