We Ordered a pot of tea and one cappuccino, the tea was good really hot unlike the cappuccino that was more room temperature. I went up and spoke to the lady at the till, who was very pleasant, but when I said the cappuccino wasn't very hot she just said "oh sorry about that" and smiled. What she should've said was I am terribly sorry about that may offer you another drink all your money back. Thats what I would've done if I was running a business. Sorry would not go back.
